1. Leave of Absence/Return from Leave of Absence
1) Application Period
- - 1st semester: Feb. 1 – Feb. 25
- - 2nd semester: Aug. 1 – Aug. 25
2) Application Process
-Complete the applicable application form (Leave of Absence / Return from Leave of Absence) and submit it to the Administration Office (in-person or by mail)

4) Note
- - Students shall only apply for a leave of absence or a return from a leave of absence within the designated period
- - Students intending to return must complete registration and enrollment in accordance within the deadlines stated in the academic calendar
2. Readmission
Students who have either withdrawn or been removed from the student register may be readmitted through duly procedures and approval of the dean upon deliberation within the limits of student quotas of the relevant program
1) Eligibility : ① Those removed from the student register after exceeding the maximum duration of leave of absence ② Those removed from the student register after failing to complete the registration process ③ Those who have withdrawn from the program
2) Application Procedure : Complete the readmission form and obtain the chair’s signature before submission to the Administration Office (in-person or by mail)
3. Withdrawal
Complete the withdrawal form (attach a copy of your resident registration card and bank account) and obtain the chair’s signature before submission to the Administration Office
